Directions
The PF 300 Flow Gel enables you to easily decant 300g of carb into a single bottle or flask. That's equivalent to 10 x PF 30 Gels, or a little over 3 x PF 90 Gels.
It's been developed to flow more freely than their standard gel, so there's no need to add any water. Simply decant it into your bottle and sip on it as required to hit your numbers.

Maltodextrin, Water, Fructose, Pectin, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Preservatives (Potassium Sorbate, Calcium Lactate).*
